What do I do if I made a mistake on my order?
It’s very important to review your order prior to placing it. If you made an error, simply change the information and update. Once the order is placed, and in processing, we cannot offer any exchanges or refunds.
What is Big Hombre's return/exchange policy?
Before finalizing your order, please review the item(s) in your cart prior to ordering. Be sure the size is correct, the color is correct and the design is correct. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, upon our discretion, you may return any unwashed and unworn item for a full refund, less shipping charges, within 10 days of purchase. Any products that have been worn or washed cannot be sent in for a refund or exchange. If you want to exchange an item, you will need to re-order the item as a new order. Please email email@example.com to arrange for any refunds and the return shipping address.
Does Big Hombre ship to military addresses?
Absolutely! As long as the military address is in the United States or Canada and is serviced by USPS, UPS or FedEX. We cannot, however, ship to PO boxes.
Does Big Hombre ship Internationally?
Absolutely! Because we be cool like that! We ship Basic and Expedited Internationally.
International Economy Without Tracking – 10-20 business days worldwide; 5-12 to Canada (This service is comparable to USPS First-Class Package Int’l. USPS First-Class Int’l prices are typically more expensive, but they offer tracking to Canada while International Economy does not).
International Economy With Tracking – 7-16 business days worldwide; 4-8 days to Canada (Tracking capabilities depend on the destination. Some countries have intra-country scans, while others will show when the package has delivered).
USPS First-Class Package Int’l – 10-20 business days (Exact delivery time may be longer or shorter depending on the destination. Please note: tracking is only available to Canadian destinations).
USPS Priority Mail Int’l – 6-10 business days
FedEx Ground – 2-7 business days to Canada only (Ideal for heavy international ground deliveries to Canada).
Expedited: (All expedited orders are automatically marked as priority in our system. As long as the items are in stock, we print and ship them as quickly as possible.)
FedEx International Economy – 2-5 business days; 2-3 days to Mexico and Canada.
FedEx International Priority – 1-3 business days; next-day in Canada and Mexico.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX and PayPal. Unfortunately we cannot accept checks, gift cards, cash or money orders at this time. Big Hombre takes your privacy and protection seriously. We prefer to use Paypal as our main method of payment. As you probably already know, Paypal’s site is encrypted with 128-bit security so your personal information is safe.
When will my card be charged?
The moment your order is placed it goes into production. We will charge your PayPal account or credit card once you confirm your order at checkout. Again, please review your order for accuracy. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is submitted. If your credit card or PayPal account is not authorized, a payment will not be taken. You should be able to resubmit your payment method and update and try processing again.
I have a coupon...but forgot to use it?
Unfortunately we cannot apply a coupon to an already existing order. Please feel free to save your coupon for your next order.
Does Big Hombre offer "Gift Certificates"?

Why was I charged Sales Tax?
Even though Big Hombre is located in Nevada, our production site is in California. Any resident of California must pay sales tax. Residents outside of California do not pay sales tax.
Why have you not responded to my emails?
Big Hombre strives to answer any and all inquiries within a 24 hour period, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow a couple of extra days for a response. Be sure to add us to your contact list and be sure to check your spam box should you not receive a reply in a timely manner.
I bought this Big Hombre T-shirt last week and now it's on sale. Can I get a partial refund?
Occasionally, we adjust the pricing on our items or put an item on sale. Unfortunately, we do not offer a price guarantee, so we cannot provide a partial refund for an item that has been processed and gone into production. If you’d like to be updated on price changes or when items go on sale, you can subscribe to our e-mail newsletter or follow us on Facebook.
All of Big Hombres’ products are made with 100% preshrunk combed cotton knit fabric. You can expect a normal slight shrinkage after a regular wash. Wash garments in warm water and dry in cold. Although there will not be any significant fading, wash colors separately from whites, especially on the first wash.
Does Big Hombre's offer any Tall sized Tees?
Who designs the Big Hombre Tees?
Mainly what happens is Mark, Big Hombre #1, and genius of this operation, thinks of a concept or phrase and passes that along to his incredible designer (Bobby) and the Tee is born.
Can I design my own Big Hombre T-Shirt?
Sure! We are more than happy to look at any shirt ideas. No guarantees…but who knows maybe Mark will like it so much that Big Hombre will add it to its product line and add your signature!
How do I sign up for the "VIP" mailing list?
You can sign up for our newsletter near the bottom of the home page under “Subscribe”. Oh yea, I almost forgot, as a gift for subscribing to our mailing list we are giving you a FREE Big Hombre Logo T-shirt. You will receive a “coupon code” for the free tee once you subscribe. Is there a Big Hombre store near me?
Currently we do not have any physical stores. We are an internet based company. If you are a retail store and wish to carry Big Hombre products at your location, please contact us. We will be happy to discuss adding our product to your store.

Quality Printing and Unique Content?
All Big Hombre Tees are Direct to Garment printing which gives the shirts a soft, worn in feel. Many of our competitors use print-on-demand Heat Pressed technology to produce their shirts, which gives them lower production costs and gives you an inferior product that may fade or peel after washing. Our designs are derived in-house by Mark and the Big Hombre Team and then designed by the Big Hombre art department.
